We are pleased to announce that, with a green light from the government, StuartBarr CDR contracts managers are currently rolling out Covid-19 ‘safe site’ measures to enable a return to work over the coming days and weeks.
Having invested heavily in PPE, in particular purpose-built hand wash & hygiene stations, we are able to comply with ‘safe site’ standards, adopted in line with Construction Leadership Council guidelines. Every member of site staff is receiving training in the new operating procedures.
Working arrangements in BarrJoinery and BarrKitchens’ workshops have been more challenging in terms of safe distancing and as a result there will be a more phased approach to their return. That said we are endeavouring to get the whole organisation back to full capacity as soon as safe working procedures allow.
Throughout the shut down we have received many messages of support from friends of the company, many of them ex-clients, reminding us of successful past projects and sending best wishes through these unprecedented times. It has reminded us of the wonderful community which has built up around this organisation over the years and has helped to reinforce what is most important; people, environment and the very highest standards.
Although the road ahead is by no means certain our commitment to you, our clients, colleagues and collaborators, remains paramount. It will be great to be back doing what we love; building life-enhancing spaces for like-minded individuals.
